Congratulations Diana Ross

Congratulations to my sister in song, Diana Ross, on receiving a well deserved ‘Lifetime Achievement’ award. I am so very proud of Diane, I know this meant an awful lot to her. My heart is full of love for her. At this stage in one’s life, you can accept your achievements with grace and understanding that helps you to continue to grow and let go of old fears. As a mom and grandmom, I also understand that feeling of love in having a wonderful family.

I am also glad Diane won this award from the Grammys.She had been nominated for a Grammy several times but never won.Now she has a Lifetime Achievement award which is certainly earned over a long period of time.I guess the atmosphere was somewhat sad after losing Whtney Houston.

MARY WILSON MORE THAN DESERVES THE SAME HONOR. WHEN WILL THE SUPREMES GET THEIR BET HONORS? THEIR NAACP IMAGE AWARDS? AND ALL OF THE OTHER RECOGNITIONS THAT ARE ALL OVER DUE?

It’s great to just read about the Supremes! I was so lucky to see Mary , Diana and Flo together and just a few years ago I was lucky enough to see Mary in concert then chat with her and even get a hug!
What an exciting night!
